Beginning of 5th Six Weeks


 

Monday, Feb. 24th

Short classes due to pep rally schedule

Each student will receive a progress report for the 4th six weeks that was e-mailed to parents via Gradespeed. Each student will also receive a copy of his/her individualized pathway for Think Through Math. Expectations for the 5th six weeks grading period will be discussed and questions concerning the pathway answered.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 25th

Notes on 6th grade skills.

Think Through Math. Students should be completing at least one lesson per week. This can be worked on at home as well.

 

Thursday, Feb. 27th

Multiplication and Division review. (Reviewing the steps using mutliples.)

TTM

 

Monday, March 4

Continue with division review.

Multiplication worksheet.

Continue with fraction/decimal chart.

Think Through Math

All assignments due on Friday.

 

Tuesday, March 5

Computer Lab - Think Through Math

 

Thursday, March 7

Whole class and small group review of skills as needed.

Complete all assignments from Monday.

 

Monday, March 18

Fraction Practice

Multiplication (Modified to meet student needs)

Division Practice (Modified to meet student needs)

Homework: Complete a Think Through Math Lesson this week.

 

Tuesday, March 19

Continue with work from Monday

Review and complete assignments from last week (I need to work with some students individually and/or in small groups)

Thursday, March 21

Continue with work from Monday and last week.

All assignments due today.
