Community Immunization Resources

Please go to your student's physician for immunizations and provide an up-to-date immunization record to the school that your student attends.

Parents may fax or mail the updated immunization record and letter to 406-6543 or Children's/AISD Student Health Services, 4900 Mueller Blvd., Austin, TX 78723
