Austin School District hosts Parent Meeting to Discuss Special Education
December 2, 2010 - AISD Director of Special Education Janna Lilly will host a parent meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, to gather community input on prioritizing continuous improvement in the District’s Special Education services. The meeting will be held at the Rosedale School, located at 2117 W. 49th Street.
The meeting will include presentations on the recent review of the Special Education Department by the Council of Great City Schools, and a summary report of the District’s ARRA (American Reinvestment and Recovery Act) Special Education projects.
