Pilot Teacher Appraisal System
Austin ISD is redesigning AISD's teacher appraisal system. Our goal is to design a more effective process for assessing the complexity and importance of high quality teaching while generating more useful feedback to ensure continuous improvement and shared accountability for student achievement. This new teacher appraisal system will be piloted at 12 AISD REACH campuses in the 2012-2013 school year.
