REACH Teacher and Principal Evaluation System
As part of our District's Strategic Compensation Program, AISD REACH, we are redesigning AISD's teacher and principal evaluation systems. Our goal is to design a more effective process for assessing the complexity and importance of high quality teaching while generating more useful feedback to ensure continuous improvement and shared accountability for student achievement.
