An Appreciation Program for AISD Employees

PURPOSE:
True excellence deserves to be recognized. We are launching the Bravo! AISD Employee Appreciation Program to recognize employees at all levels and locations throughout the District for your positive contributions to our schools, and to celebrate the exceptional work that all of you do every day.

Although the program is still in development, we have created an employee appreciation newsletter column and video series called AISD Spotlight. Each month we will feature different employees and employee groups to help everyone learn about their fellow colleagues and the important contributions that they make to the District. In addition, this website will serve as a central location for showcasing employee achievements, special national employee appreciation week celebrations, Bravo! peer to peer recognition cards, and all of our employee appreciation efforts. It is our hope that, through this program, we can bring to light the various contributions of our different employee groups and honor each of you in a meaningful way.

Remember, every AISD employee can play a role in making employee appreciation more meaningful without spending a single dime. Especially in tough times, an encouraging word for going that extra mile and a simple gesture to show your gratitude can be a great reward in itself.

Please read: The Bravo! AISD Employee Appreciation Program will not take the place of RAVE. RAVE is a peer-to-peer award for employees based on meeting standards for the highest level of customer service. The Bravo! program has been created as a broader effort to honor employees in a variety of ways-especially during National Employee Appreciation Weeks and build a strong sense of pride for AISD.
