Renovate/refurbish mens and womens restrooms at east football grandstands
Renovate football and baseball stadium press boxes
Renovate ticket and concessions booths
Replace natural turf with synthetic playing surface
Repair, repave, reseal and restripe parking lot
Repair/resurface track
Replace fence panels at football and baseball fields
Install security fence around maintenance building
Install automatic controls on existing irrigation system at baseball fields
Install ventilation system for dressing/locker rooms
Replace selected door hardware at dressing/locker rooms
Repair/replace existing electrical outlets and add new outlets at track level, in concession area and at public restrooms
