Project over budget due to change of scope.* |
Project had to be redesigned due to flood zone issues to meet City of Austin requirements for new field house. Construction began November 2009 coinciding with the end of football season. Work was substantially complete for start of football season fall 2010. Repairs on north driveway were completed as change order work to address continuing issues. Improvements to hot water heaters is being pursued as change order work. |
