Existing on-site detention will be utilized to allow engineered release of storm water into larger area drainage system. This project will involve enhancing the existing water retention and detention capacity. Window tinting will be used to lower cooling requirements. Heating and air conditioning units will be high efficiency units and will be commissioned to ensure proper operation and efficiency. Also water saving plumbing fixtures will lower water usage. |
