2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Repave service drive with concrete and construct sidewalk to 400-classroom wing
• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Construct drainage improvements at building perimeter
• Repair/replace approximately 21,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Repair/replace skylights in gymnasium
• Patch/repair concrete roof deck over exterior walkway
• Repair/replace deteriorated windows
• Repair/replace damaged floor and wall tile in boys’ and girls’ restrooms in 400-wing
• Refurbish/replace deteriorated interior door hardware
• Replace exhaust fans in student classroom restrooms
• Replace ventilation system equipment in cafeteria, library and administration area
• Install emergency egress lighting
• Replace/upgrade electrical panels and provide additional electrical outlets in classrooms
• Replace lighting in student and faculty restrooms
• Renovate/refurbish student and faculty restrooms and housekeeping closets
• Convert regular classroom in 300-wing into art room
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades
• Replace roofing and roof deck above kitchen and food preparation area
• Replace windows in cafeteria
• Replace windows in 400-classroom wing
• Construct canopy for student pick-up
• Improve site drainage at front of school
• Cafeteria and kitchen improvements

Phases

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
