Construct eight-classroom addition
Construct gym, cafeteria, and administration expansions
Sealcoat and restripe south parking lot
Construct concrete dumpster pad
Install additional exterior security lighting
Improve storm/site drainage at building perimeter
Repair/replace deteriorated exterior doors, frames, and hardware
Replace/reseal expansion joints in exterior masonry walls
Replace approximately 43,000 square feet of built-up roofing and metal canopy
Repair/replace damaged corridor walls in 100- and 200-wings
Replace folding partitions between selected classrooms
Refurbish/replace casework in library
Replace clock system
Refurbish/replace interior doors and hardware
Replace floor covering in music room and administration area
Renovate/refurbish student and faculty restrooms
Replace deteriorated ventilation system controls and equipment
Replace deteriorated exhaust fans in restrooms
Replace ventilation system equipment in selected locations
Connect 300/400- classroom wing to main domestic water line and to sanitary sewer main
Replace sanitary sewer line serving kitchen
Construct story-telling structre in library
Install playslab cover
Install safety and security enhancements
