After field investigations, it was determined that proper drainage improvements should offset any ventilation requirements to control moisture in crawlspaces. |

The overall project was divided into three phases. Phase I is 30,000 square feet of roofing. Phase II is interior work including safety and security work. Phase III is additional roofing and remaining interior and exterior work. |

Numerous meetings and discussions with principal, staff, Campus Task Force and team have occurred. Phase I work, which includes conversion of a portion of the boy’s PE locker room into an additional athletic locker room an demolition in areas to be converted to classrooms is complete. Phase II of this project, which includes the new science classroom addition, band hall addition and 12 new classrooms and interior renovations, is complete. Phase III work, which includes fine arts renovations was completed in January 2011. Phase IV, the construction of a dance facility (auxiliary gym) was approved by the Board in January 2011. |
